Girlz with Goals seeks to impact the lives of thousands of girls throughout Jamaica. We provide real solutions to the many challenges girls face. Our program gives each girl the tools needed to think critically, live healthy, set and achieve goals and be self-confident. Our goal is to witness a transformation that is the demonstration that the information we have provided has taken root in the lives of the girls we serve.

Each workshop brings each girl closer to the Pledge: With God, I will endeavor to be my best self at all times; at home, in school, in private, in public, with friends or with strangers. Girlz with Goals are Kind, Smart, Bold, Strong and Beautiful. I will achieve my goals and be a fearless leader for truth and justice for all. I will be better than a friend; I will be a sister to every Girl with Goals.
GWG BOSS Camp
Our mission is to provide the girls with a fun summer while developing the character and social skills they will need for the rest of their lives. Campers will manage their first project from start to finish! Learn how to work as a team, manage resources, work to meet deadlines and maintain your records as you compete to be the BOSS. On the final day, teams present their findings and recommendations in a form of a Pitch and find out if you truly learned the tricks of being the BOSS. Campers will enjoy a fun filled day from an array of amazing activities created for their enjoyment and the development of the many BOSS like leadership traits and abilities the camp is promoting. Our girls will learn tolerance, communication, respect, risk taking, showing initiative, problem solving, and how to get along with others. GWG will bring out BOSS qualities in our girls!
The girls will create their very own business in the Apprentice Challenge. The daily activities include Improv (theater games), Leadership Workshops, Debatable Topics, Art & Crafts, Journaling, Games, Dance/Fitness, and an Off-campus trip to UWI and Edna Manley.
GWG Sheroes Camp
Our mission is to provide the girls with a fun summer while developing the character and social skills they will need for the rest of their lives. A shero is defined as a woman admired or idealized for her courage, outstanding achievements, or noble qualities; a heroine. Today we believe a shero can be everyday people who support diversity, and have strong character and sense of self. They support, encourage and push every woman to be better and are champions for gender equality. Anyone at any age and from any culture or background can be a shero. The girls will create original female superheroes. The daily activities include Improv (theater games), Leadership Workshops, Debatable Topics, Art & Crafts, Journaling, Games, Dance/Fitness, and an Off-campus trip to TBD.
GWG Leadership Center
At Girlz with Goals we believe in the development and growth of every girl. Our program strives to inspire girls to be strong, beautiful and brilliant with programming that focuses on a healthy lifestyle, academic achievement and life-skills. Our programs teach girls to manage money, develop healthy relationships, deal with peer pressure, critically examine global events, be physically active, and develop a love of learning.
Girlz with Goals creates a space that is for girls only, a physically and emotionally safe environment where a girl can build her strengths and set positive goals. She’s exposed to new experiences and possibilities for her future like going to college, exploring professional careers, and preparing for a life of interesting and important work

The Center has space for visual, performing and music arts where children are encouraged to express themselves, develop new skills and talents, and expand their individual creativity. Each member is exposed to a wide variety of arts-based activities from dance, to visual arts, sewing, crocheting and creative writing.
Fitness and Performing Arts
GWG members develop healthy habits, skills for stress management, and social skills through participation in activities such as dance, karate and aerobics which require focus and discipline. Girls gain skills and build confidence to take on new challenges.
A primary goal is to enable members to become fluent in the use of technology. Our Centers have an interactive lab called for students to explore the dynamic offerings of computer technology. The girls are encouraged to work alone or in groups as designers, inventors and creators.
